I am so excited to share with you the new release from Colorado Craft Company! New illustrations from Anita Jeram, and they are so fun to create with! Ok- let’s get to the good stuff!

I created three different cards to share with you today- let’s get started with the details! For this first card, I started by stamping and coloring the main image from the Spoiled Cats stamp set. I used Lawn Fawn Jet Black and Lawn Fawn white cardstock which is Neenah Classic Crest 80 LB Smooth Solar White Paper to stamp them.
I used the above Copic markers to color the images. You will find them linked below in the cardmaking supply list. With the swatches above you can easily substitute for similar colors, or even a different coloring medium. I colored them to look like 2 of my 3 kitties. Mister Harley is lounging as his little brother Jac is waiting on him- just as he feels it should be!
I then die-cut out the kitties. For the background, I lightly ink-blended Spun Sugar onto a piece of Distress White Heavystock. I then ink-blended Kitsch Flamingo through the Tumbling Heart Stencil from Newton’s Nook. I used blender brushes (that I store in my favorite brush caddy). As always when I use stencils I used the Make Art Stay-tion and whenever I am ink blending I love to use the Ink Stands to hold my ink pads, I also use a small mister bottle filled with Isopropyl Alcohol, to quickly clean my stencils with a Flour Sack Cloth. Have you seen my new *exclusive* Flour Sack cloths?! They are wicked fun and available in my online shop!
I die-cut this background from the largest stitched rectangle from Lawn Fawn’s Outside In Stitched Rectangle dies.
I added some Prisma Glitter with a Quickie Glue Pen to the cats bow ties. Did you know that my kitty Mister Harley loves to wear a bow tie? You can see him in one here. I added a touch of Glossy accents to the cocktail glass. I also added a few heart and glitter circle embellishments from Trinity Stamps.
For the second card, I stamped and coloring the main image from the Lift You Higher stamp set. I used Lawn Fawn Jet Black and Lawn Fawn white cardstock which is Neenah Classic Crest 80 LB Smooth Solar White Paper to stamp them.
I colored the image with the above Copic markers. I then lightly ink blended the background of the card with Lawn Fawn Merman ink. I then ink blended the Newton’s Nook Petite Clouds Stencil with a heavier hand and still Lawn Fawn Merman Ink. I added a touch of Sakura Black Glaze pen to the kitties’ noses and eyes. These two kitties by the way are my boys, Jac and Gus Gus.
For this last card, I stamped, colored, and die-cut the images from the new Stay Pawsitive stamp set. For the background, I lightly ink-blended Butter Lawn Fawn ink on the left side, I then ink-blended the Newton’s Nook Cascading Star stencil over it with Lawn Fawn Sunflower ink. I then gently ink-blended Merman Lawn Fawn ink on the right side, blending into the yellow.
I added a touch of sparkle to the stars with a Quickie Glue pen and Prisma glitter. I added a touch of Sakura Black Glaze pen to the dogs nose.
These stamps were so fun to play with! The illustrations are just so sweet. I hope you enjoyed these 3 cards!

Hi Jenn. I would love to see Mister Harley, Jac and Gus Gus. They must be fun furry friends. Your cards are so cute, and I like the bright and happy colors you chose. I love the expressions Anita Jeram draws on her critters. Mister Harley is kicking back with his cocktail, while Jac is trying to get him to drink healthy milk instead. I hope he is planning on sharing those sardines. Your Stay Paw-sitive card with the pup is adorable. I love his expression. The “wet” shiny nose is a perfect extra touch. Thank you for adding color charts next to your cards. It’s very helpful.
