Hello everyone! I have some fun cards to share with you that I created with some of Spellbinders’ new June 2023 release!

Alright, now to the fun cards I have to share with you-

Kitty Hugs, Spellbinders

To create these two cards, I started by die-cutting the new Kitty Hugs dies that are part of the Spellbinders/Stampendous Collection. I die-cut pieces from Distress Watercolor Cardstock and Distress White Heavystock.

With the kitty pieces I die-cut from Distress Watercolor Cardstock, I stamped a kitty face and collar from the new Kitty Hugs Faces and Sentiments stamp set. I then watercolored with Distress Watercolor Pencils to look like one of my kitties, Mister Harley.

I created a watercolored background with the Distress Watercolor pencils and then splattered some pigment from the pencils as well. I added a touch of Prisma Glitter to the party hat and collar with a Quickie Glue Pen. I also added a touch of Chunky Glitter along the ground with Glossy Accents.

For the pieces I cut out from Distress White Heavystock, I colored them with Copic markers, again making them look like my kitty Mister Harley. I then ink blended a rainbow background with Lawn Fawn inks onto another piece of Distress White Heavystock. The Lawn Fawn Ink Colors I used for ink blending are (linked below):

• Bubblegum
• Carrot
• Sunflower
• Celery Stick
• Merman
• Fresh Lavender

I used Simon Says Stamp blender brushes (that I store in my favorite brush caddy). Whenever I am ink blending I love to use the Ink Stands to hold my ink pads, I also use a small mister bottle filled with Isopropyl Alcohol, to quickly clean my table surface with a Flour Sack Cloth. I also added some sparkle to this card with Prisma and Chunky Glitter! Glitter All Of The Things!

I had a lot of fun creating these cards, they are quick and easy and perfect birthday cards to send to friends and family!
