Hi everyone! I am here today to share with you a card set I created with the new Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous release. I am honored to be a Tim Holtz maker and excited to inspire you more with his products!!! Did you catch Tim Holtz during his LIVE on his YouTube channel? Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous: Forgotten Garden
I am proud of myself for keeping some white space on this set of cards! I started by “stamping” the flowers from Forgotten Garden by rubbing a wet Distress Watercolor Pencil directly onto the rubber stamp. I then misted it with water with a Distress Sprayer and stamped it onto Distress Watercolor Cardstock. I dried this, then stamped the same flower with the same color, but this time with Distress Oxide to add in the detail. I did one flower at a time with a Misti Stamping Platform so it would line up each time I stamped it. I used the following colors:
- Picked Raspberry
- Spiced Marmalade
- Mustard Seed
- Twisted Citron
- Peacock Feathers
- Wilted Violet

I then took some Sticky Back Canvas Tape and watercolored it with coordinating colors. I stamped onto it with the Tiny Text stamp set and Ground Espresso Archival Ink, and I adhered it over the drawn tape on the backgrounds.
For the sentiments, I used ones from Abstract Florals. I clear embossed them. I use Versafine Onyx Black ink, stamp the sentiments a few times, letting the ink build-up, and then I use an ultra fine clear embossing powder. Whenever I do ANY embossing, I prep the surface using the Cottontail Embossing Powder Tool. I cut the sentiments into word-fetti strips and added them to the card with foam strips. Lastly, I added a few sparkly embellishments.
