Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous: NEW Holiday Stamps!

I have a few cards to share with you today using the new release! I can’t wait to share with you the details- let’s get to it!

For this set of cards, I used the new Festive Collage stamp set. These are really fun one-layer cards that come together pretty quickly! Let me explain how I did it!

Using a Misti, I first stamped the image with a Distress Ink onto Distress Watercolor Cardstock. The brown cards I used Vintage Photo and the blue ones I used Broken China. Keeping the stamp in place, I used a paint brush to paint on water, onto the image I wanted to add color to. With the red rubber wet, I then scribbled the Distress Watercolor Pencils. Once the image was all colored in I gently misted the image with a Distress Sprayer, and stamped it over the previously stamped image.

I then die cut the backgrounds with a stitched rectangle. I splattered some Vintage Photo Distress Ink, some Distress Mica Spray Stain, and some water around the background. I inkblended the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. Then I used a variety of things for the sentiments. I either embossed a gold sentiment, or I used some Tim Holtz chit chat stickers, or some idea-ology chipboard ones.

These vintage cards were really quick and easy to come together, perfect if you wanted to make a stack for the holidays!
