Alright, now to the fun card I have to share with you-
You’re Stinkin’ Cute, Lawn Fawnatics
It’s pretty rare that I create a clean and simple card with a lot of white space like this. It is hard for me, because you know I love to get inky, and play with different techniques. Either way, I love how this card turned out, and I am proud of myself for keeping it this CAS!
I stamped out and colored all the adorable skunk, heart, and flower from Stinkin’ Cute with Copic Markers. I also used Quinn’s abc’s to stamp out “stinkin”, and colored these letters with a pink gradient. You can see the individual markers I used here, and they are also linked below.
I added some Prisma glitter to the tail of the skunk, the shadow of the heart, and the darkest part of the letters with a Quickie Glue pen. I also added a little bit of white gel pen detail to the flower and the cheeks.
I die-cut a lacy heart out of vellum, layering it onto a stitched rectangle cut with the largest Outside In Stitched Rectangles.
I used parts of the sentiment included in the Stinkin’ Cute stamp set, to finish off the sentiment on my card. I then added the skunk and pink letters with foam squares and foam strips. Using the Stay-tion makes it easier to get the letters nice and straight. I start by sticking down the far left letter, then the far right letter, and work my way into the center.
I matted the stitcked rectangle onto Black Licorice cardstock. So stinkin’ fun!
