Simon Says Stamp Exclusive Release: DieCember

Hey everyone! Today I am sharing with you a fun, interactive card! I made it with some of the new exclusive products from the Simon Says Stamps DieCember Release!

Snowflake Hexagon, Simon Says Stamp

For these cards, I used the new Hexagon Snowflake Die set. I started by creating some alcohol ink backgrounds on Yupo paper. I used the following Alcohol Ink colors:

• Pool
• Cool Peri
• Purple Twilight

I also used Blending Solution and the Alcohol Ink Blower tool. Since Yupo paper is 5″ x 7″, I created one big background and then cut it in half for two backgrounds.

I then diecut the Snowflake Hexagon from Pixie Dust Sparkle Cardstock and adhered them to the alcohol inked backgrounds. For the sentiments I used an oldie, but a die I love, hand-painted hello. I die cut them from black cardstock, on one of the cards I off-set it from some more Pixie Dust Sparkle Cardstock. I used black foam strips to adhere them to the cards. I finished the cards off with some Pinkfresh Studio Glacier Jewels.
