Dream Big, Simon Says Stamp

Hey everyone! Today I am sharing with you a fun, bright encouragement card I made with some of the new exclusive products from the Simon Says Stamps Dream Big Release!

Believe, Simon Says Stamp

For this card, I used the new Layered Humming Bird Wafer Die. I die-cut it from Distress Watercolor Cardstock and from black cardstock.

I also die-cut the largest rectangle out of Lawn Fawn’s Outside In Stitched Rectangle from Distress Watercolor Cardstock. Then I watercolored both the hummingbird and the background with Distress Inks. I used the following colors:

• Prize Ribbon
• Wilted Violet
• Lucky Clover
• Peacock Feathers
• Mustard Seed
• Spiced Marmalade
• Abandoned Coral

I dried both pieces with the Ranger Heat Tool.

I adhered the black hummingbird behind the watercolored one, slightly offset.

For the sentiment, I stamped “I believe in you” from the new SSS XL Student Greetings with Versafine Onyx Black ink. I also trimmed one of the sentiments from the new Reverse Be You Sentiment Strips and added it to the card with a black foam strip.

I added the front panel to a piece of black cardstock and then embellished the card with some Bubble Blower Trinity Stamps Embellishments. I also used the Trinity Stamps Tidy Tray and Pickup Tool with Lawn Fawn Glue Tube.
