Cozy Autumn Hugs, Simon Says Stamp Card Kit

Hello! I am sharing with you today a few cards I created with the Simon Says Stamp’s November Card Kit, Cozy Autumn Hugs! This kit is overflowing with products! Cozy Autumn Hugs, Simon Says Stamp Card Kit

I had so much fun creating this card set with the latest card kit from Simon Says Stamp. Be sure to read to the end, there is a lot of inspiration in this post! One thing I love about the Simon Says Stamp card kits, is that having a set amount of products in front of you makes creating a fun set of cards quick and easy.

For this card, I used the 6×8 stamp set, Cozy Hugs included in the kit, and Pawsitively Saturated Inks. I absolutely love these ink pads and have been creating a lot with them. I used the layering stamps and created a full A2 background onto some DIstress White Heavystock. I used the following Pawsitively Saturated ink colors:

• Citrine
• Sunbeam
• Guava
• Watermelon
• Cozy
• Woodsy
• Cantaloupe
• Sherbert
• Cappuccino
• Mocha
• Peony
• Rose
• Blush
• Pucker

I then cut this background into two pieces. One I will use on this card, and the other I will use on the next card. I then ink-blended an ombre onto some Distress White Heavystock. I die-cut one of the Label Tag dies included in the kit. I stamped “Just Because” from the Cozy Hugs stamp set included in the kit, and added a little twine to the tag.

I used some of the patterned papers and cardstock included in the kit. I also sprinkled a few hearts here and there. I added some Distress Rock Candy Glitter to the hearts, and berries using Distress Collage Medium.

For this second card, I used the other piece of the A2 panel that I stamped for the previous card. I stamped “Cozy Hugs” onto it and layered it onto some cardstock included in the kit along with some of the patterned papers. I also added some twine around the card and tied it into a bow. I sprinkled some of the same hearts onto the card as well. I also sprinkled them and the berries with Distress Rock Candy Glitter with Distress Collage Medium.

For this last card, I used the Autumn Frame Layering Stencils included in the kit, and ink blended with the same Pawsitively Saturated Inks I used to stamp on the above cards. I also added another ink-blended tag with a sentiment stamped on it. I added some twine, a sprinkle of hearts, and Distress Rock Candy Glitter as well.
