Thank You!
As many of you know due to the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic I had to cancel Crop on the Cape. This would have been the event’s 21st year and something that I plan for and work for all year long. It broke my heart, but the health and safety of the attendees and all involved are more important than anything else. When I let attendees know and announced this on social media I hated to think I was letting people down. The over pouring of support truly warmed my heart. The majority of people understood as we all know this is an unknown and difficult time.
I was trying to come up with a way to say “thank you” to all the attendees and crafty peeps who have been so supportive. I have decided to host a Facebook LIVE Friday, March 20th at 7:30p ET.
If you were going to attend Crop on the Cape, we can still be creative together, or if you are just looking for something to take your mind off of things while we are all quarantined – then I hope to see you there! (pssst. there will be giveaways)
I will be hosting this LIVE on my Facebook page here.
Set your reminders on your phone, and reply to this email to let me know what you would like me to create and/or demo!
As of right now, I don’t have any updates on the rest of my classes scheduled for this Spring. I will be sure to notify you as soon as I do.
A lot of you have asked how can you support me during this time. As you may know, I work for myself and my main source of income are my classes. Well, I have had some extra time in my studio to get some kits ready to sell, as well as upload some other custom items to my shop.
I am so excited to have 5 different card kits that are ready to ship! These kits are great to get your creative juices flowing.
These kits are limited in quantity, and once they are gone they are GONE! Available NOW right here in my shop.
Lastly, if you have taken a class with me over the years, please think about supporting that store I met you at. You could give them a call and order a gift card to put towards a later purchase, or many of them have online stores where you could treat yourself to something new to play with while we are spending more time at home.
Again, thank you, I appreciate all of your support and messages more than I will ever be able to explain. See you Friday night!
Hi Jenn,
Do you have an address or PO Box you could share? If not I totally understand. Thank you.
Cathy Jordison
I am so sorry that you have had to cancel and hope that you and your loves ones are well. It is my dream and one that has been pushed back even more years due to the uncertainty of the times to retire on the Cape. I am determined to one day make it to your crop not only to enjoy a day of creating but to meet you and thank you in person for taking the time to email me a while ago information about the Cape. I don’t have Facebook and am wondering if “Live” videos can be watched when they are no longer live. Stay well and hopefully you are able to walk the beautiful beaches to find comfort.
Jenn, no one could ever be annoyed about you having to cancel classes in a time like this. The love you give to your work & all of us speaks huge volumes & for that we are so greatful, always. Let’s hope when we all come out of this we will notice a higher level of friendship & tolerance in everyone & that art has reached more people as a way of carming . Stay safe x
So sorry, you had to cancel your class. It must be devastating as sure many of the same participants are there and it’s a chance to catch up with them and see what they have learned and used in your last class. You are right in that we all need to do our parts. I’m a Senior Companion and we had to cancel our visits. I miss MY people. Take care of yourself and stay healthy.
