Hey everyone! Welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge! Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Think Pink Challenge last week and we hope you will all join us again this week too. This week the challenge is Anything Goes!
We are featuring Lawn Fawn Products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in with the challenge, but if you have them we would love to see them used! As always Simon Says Stamp will be giving away $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store! YAY!
Spooky Halloween Pumpkin, Lawn Fawn
Alright, it’s no secret that I love me some Lawn Fawn! I have deemed myself an East Coast Fawnie since I can’t work in southern California with the other fawnies, yet I teach lots of classes for Lawn Fawn. A few weeks ago when I created the Happy Harvest Jar that was featured on the Lawn Fawn blog, my head started spinning at other fun “out of the box” ideas there were to do. That is when I thought of this whole Spooky Halloween Pumpkin!
I’m not going to lie.. this took quite a bit of time to create…. let’s just say ALL OF SUNDAY 😉 and there were a few frustrating times mainly because I have NO PATIENCE, but Chris was able to talk me off the ledge and I really love the end results now! I started by gathering all of the fall and halloween Lawn Fawn sets I had. Then I stamped and colored them with the no-line watercoloring technique that I just LOVE. Once I had all my images gathered I started to create the spooky scene that was in my imagination. Of course Mister Harley made an appearance again!
I added some lights to give it a fun spooky glow! No judging for the photography skills, I definitely need to work on those! With the pumpkin patch, the flying ghost and bats and the scary haunted mansion – I would say this is one wicked spooky scene although Lawn Fawn images still put a smile on your face!
Ok- so now it’s time for YOU to enter the challenge. Remember, Anything Goes is the theme so have fun! Just by playing along and linking up your project to the SSS Wednesday Challenge post you can qualify to enter a $50 shopping voucher to the Simon Says Stamp store.
Also if you are on instagram tag your photo with #ssswchallenge 🙂 There will be ONE lucky winner that will be chosen at random, it could be you!
I really hope to see some of my blog readers join in on all the fun and play along with the challenge. I can’t wait to stop by some of your blogs and take a peek at what you have made. Have a wicked fun time creating!

I love this idea to use stamps for decor. I haven’t really ventured beyond making cards with my stamps, but I have a Christmas set that would be perfect for this peeking out of a gift box or something. Your pumpkin is so fun! Thanks so much for sharing it with us!!!
