Welcome to the Seasons Givings Blog Hop! This is such a fabulous hop that Latisha organizes each year and I love being part of it. A little bit about me: I am a papercrafter and creative instructor. I teach in person and online papercrafting classes. I teach at trade shows for Lawn Fawn. I host Art Retreats on Cape Cod and I design for Simon Says Stamp and Lawn Fawn as well as other various guest appearances. In 2017 I traveled and taught in 12 different states, 3 trade shows and 11 independent stores!

I will be sharing a wrap up of my classes and events of 2017 later this week. I also have been busy planning my classes for 2018 and there are a bunch already on my class calendar. I absolutely LOVE teaching and can’t wait to do more of it in the next year.

I thought it would be fun to share with you some of my favorite cards I taught at my last Creative Journey Art Retreat in October. There will be FIVE LUCKY WINNERS! Be sure to read to the end to see how you can be entered into this giveaway, those who don’t follow the “rules” will not be entered. I promise the “rules” are easy peasy!

So I host a Creative Journey Art Retreat on Cape Cod twice a year. The one I hosted in the fall was all focused on holiday cards. People travel from all over (even as far as the UK) to attend my retreat- and I have so much fun meeting new people, sharing creative ideas and just getting crafty with everyone! I have a bunch of fabulous sponsors for the events and those are the products I feature throughout the weekend. Ok, onto the cards

As you can see we use a variety of supplies, techniques and styles. Those that attended both days of the retreat went home with TWENTY FOUR different cards! Whoa!

    My New Years crafty goal is to learn one new technique per month and to share this in my monthly ‘Build Your Stash’ class, where I encourage others to share their new ideas. I do this card making class for all the events in our lives. We have all created a beautiful ‘box’ where we store our ‘Stash’ cards so that they are easy to find when an event comes up. I love being surrounded by my friends and family and helping each of them to keep their passion for paper crafting alive in their hearts!
