You Amaze Me
For this first card, I used the new Geo Arch hot foil plate and foiled it with Spellbinders Matte Gold foil onto Distress White Heavystock. I am using the Spellbinders, Glimmer Hot Foil System and the Spellbinders Platinum Machine. The Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil System works with most die-cut machines, you don’t need a Spellbinders Platinum.
I trimmed this panel to be 4″ x 5.25″ and matted it onto dark brown cardstock. Using the same dark brown cardstock, I hot foiled the new Folk Floral Stem with the same Spellbinders Matte Gold foil, and die-cut it with the coordinating die.
I then picked out one of the pre-foiled sentiments from the new sentiment package and added it to the card. Lastly, I added a few Glacier Jewels.
Heart of Gold
For this card, I started by hot foiling the new Folk Floral Stem with the same Spellbinders Matte Gold foil, onto the smooth side of Distress Watercolor Cardstock.
I then watercolored the image with Pinkfresh Inks. I used the cube sets:
I trimmed the panel and added it to some Kraft cardstock.
I then picked out a sentiment from the new Foiled Sentiments pack. I also stamped one of the small sentiments from the new Heart Smiles stamp set in Raspberry Bliss ink and added that to the card. I also sprinkled a few Bubblegum jewels.
My Sunshine
I die-cut the new Ornate Medallions Coverplate out of Metallic Gold Cardstock.
I then hot foiled the new Folk Floral Stem with the same Spellbinders Matte Gold foil, onto the smooth side of Distress Watercolor Cardstock. I watercolored it with the same Pinkfresh inks listed above, die-cut it out and added it to the card with foam squares.
I chose another sentiment from the new Foiled Sentiments pack. I also sprinkled a few Bubblegum jewels.
Pinkfresh Studio has a new brass triangle tray to help with working with jewels, you can pour some jewels into the tray and be able to pick out the ones you want to add to your project easily. I also use the Pickup Stick tool from Trinity Stamps for easy jewel placement.
