Hey crafty friends! 👋 I’m popping in to share a card I made using some of my favorite Tim Holtz stamps and stencils from Stampers Anonymous.
Fun fact: Stampers Anonymous doesn’t retire their Tim Holtz designs—so there’s a huge library of awesome stamps and stencils you might not have seen in a while (or totally forgot you had 😉).
Hope this project sparks some inspiration to dig into your stash and get creative! ✨
Feeling Wicked: Vintage Poison Bottle Halloween Card

Hello, friends! I’m back with another Halloween card, and this one is all about vintage apothecary vibes. Who doesn’t love a little poison bottle at this time of year?
The Background
I created the background with Distress Micro Glaze, and Distress Inks.
The Poison Bottle
The focal point is the poison bottle. I stamped it with Distress Oxide ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder, then colored the bottle with Distress Watercolor Pencils to give it a pink glow. The skull and crossbones label really sets the spooky mood. I fussy-cut it out and adhered it with foam squares.
The Labels
Behind the bottle, I layered a few vintage pharmacy and poison labels, stamped in Distress Oxide inks and clear embossed. I watercolored them a bit with Distress Watercolor Pencils. The mix of rust, magenta, and teal adds some fun pops of color against all that purple and gives the card a collage feel.
The Sentiment
To finish, I white embossed “Feeling Wicked” onto black cardstock and tucked it in at the bottom of the bottle. I added Distress Rock Candy Clear glitter to the skull and a touch of Distress Rock Candy Chunky to the sentiment.
Thanks for Stopping By!
I hope this inspires you to mix up a little Halloween potion of your own! What’s your favorite spooky element to add to your cards: skulls, bottles, spiders, or something else? Let me know in the comments. I’d love to hear from you!
