Ok, now onto some inspiration to jennable you! I have five cards to share with you today.
For this card, I started by stamping the new Antique Hero Map stamp, on Distress White Heavystock with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink, and then I generously misted it with water, letting the ink run a bit. I then heat set it with the ranger heat tool.
I stamped the mermaid and bottle image from the new Mermaid Wishes stamp set with Crunchy Leaf Lawn Fawn Ink and colored it in with Copic markers. I share the exact markers I used below, and link to them in the supply list at the end of this post. I added some sparkle using a Quickie Glue pen and Prisma Glitter.
For this next card, I stamped the other mermaid image from the new Mermaid Wishes stamp set, with Crunchy Leaf Lawn Fawn Ink and colored it in with Copic markers. I share the exact markers I used below, and link to them in the supply list at the end of this post. I added some sparkle using a Quickie Glue pen and Prisma Glitter. For the background, I stamped the new Dark Sea Bold Prints with Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide Ink.
Copic Markers Used
For this next card, I used the new Jawsome Sharks, stamped out a few of the images, and colored them with Copic markers. I share the exact markers I used below, and link to them in the supply list at the end of this post.
I did some ink smooshing on Distress Watercolor Cardstock with Peacock Feathers Distress Ink and adhered the shark and surfboard to it with foam squares. I added some sparkle using a Quickie Glue pen and Prisma Glitter.
For the background, I stenciled with the new Tide Stencil with Hickory Smoke Distress Ink and a blending brush.
Copic Markers Used
For this next card, I started by ink smooshing with Mermaid Lagoon Distress Ink on Distress Watercolor Cardstock. I watered down the ink a lot so that it would be a very subtle blue, watery background. Then using the new Mermaid Cove stamp set, I started stamping the coral and seaweed with Distress Oxide inks in Wilted Violet, Seedless Preserves, and Crushed Olive.
I stamped the school of fish using Picked Raspberry and Mustard Seed Distress Oxide ink. I then stamped the mermaid with Versafine Onyx Black. For the sentiment, I used the new Message In a Bottle set.
Lastly, I added a little Prisma glitter to the shell and starfish in the sentiment and I sprinkled a little chunky glitter along the bottom of the card and up the side using glossy accents to adhere it.
For the last card, I have to share with you, I used the new Message In A Bottle stamp set again, stamping on the of the bottles, coloring with Copic markers. I also stamped some shells and starfish from the Mermaid Wishes stamp set and colored those with Copics as well. I share the exact markers I used below, and link to them in the supply list at the end of this post. I then stamped one of the sentiments from Message In A Bottle set inside the bottle.
I diecut some stitched hillsides, and a row of waves, and colored them with Copic markers. I ink blended the sky with Salvaged Patina Distress Ink and added some clouds into the sky.
I added some prisma glitter to the sentiment, and glossy accents to accent the bottle.
