4 Quick & Easy Holiday Cards, Flora & Fauna

It’s December! If you think it is too late to whip up some holiday cards, think again! Here are 4 quick and easy cards I created with Flora & Fauna stamps and dies, hopefully, they will inspire you to create some cards of your own.

It’s never too late, or too early to create holiday cards. I create my Christmas cards all year long you can see in my Get Cracking on Christmas series.

Holiday Wishes

For this card, I used the Winter Snowglobe Set to stamp the various images on the background. I used Distress Oxide ink pads for the stamping. (Festive Berries, Worn Lipstick, Scattered Straw, Tumbled Glass, Dusty Concord, Vintage Photo)

I then used some images from the Home for the Holidays set. I stamped and colored them with Copic Markers, and die cut them out. I love that Flora & Fauna has coordinating dies now for some of their stamp sets!

Using a Quickie Glue Pen and various WOW! glitters I added all the glitter details to this card.

Using a Lawn Fawn Glue Tube I added some Lawn Fawn Chunky Glitter to the ground. I also stamped “holiday wishes” and hand-cut it out for a sentiment.

JOY

For this card I die-cut their Typed JOY die out of Chili Pepper Lawn Fawn Cardstock. I watercolored a background with Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Ink. To get the layered look like this, it’s all about heat setting in between watercolored layers. I then stamped the greenery from Mini Merry & Bright Stamp set with Pine Needles Distress Oxide Ink.

With a Lawn Fawn Glue Tube, I added some Lawn Fawn Chunky Glitter and stamped the other sentiment in black.

Merry Snowglobe

Using the Winter Snowglobe set again I created this fun little holiday decoration. I then used Holiday Word Party 2 Set to stamp out the “MERRY” background. I used Festive Berries, Worn Lipstick, Spun Sugar Distress Oxide to do this. I also used a Quickie Glue Pen and Prisma glitter to fill in all of the red Merry’s.

Because I was on a Chunky Glitter kick, I added a bit of that to the snowglobe as well!

Oh Deer

For this card, I used Home for the Holidays again to stamp out the car, the moose, and the tree. I colored them with Copic markers.

The snowflake background was done with Mini Snowflakes. I stamped them with Festive Berries and Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide Ink.

I stamped the sentiment from Holiday Word Party 2 Set . What’s more perfect to be put under the car for a ground than some more Chunky Glitter!

I hope these have inspired you to create some holiday cards this season- it’s not too late! None of these cards took longer then 20 mins, and if you chose one design and did an assembly line method you would have a stack done before no time!
