Hi everyone! I am here today to share with you a couple of the cards I created with the new Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous release. I am honored to be a Tim Holtz maker and am so excited to inspire you more with his products!!! Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous: Make Today Count!
I have a bunch of cards to share with you today using the new release! Let’s get to it!
Tim shared this card in his LIVE this past Saturday, and I wanted to share more details with you! I started by stamping some leaves from the new Sketchy Leaves stamp set. To do this I scribbled wet Distress Watercolor Pencils all over the stamp, spritzed a fine mist of water from the Distress Sprayer, and stamped onto Distress Watercolor Cardstock. I then fussy cut them out. I ink-blended the edges with Ground Espresso Distress ink and set them aside.

Then, to create the background I worked on the smooth side of Distress Watercolor Cardstock. I spritzed it with some of the Distress Mica Sprays. I then stamped the new of Shattered stamp with Distress Archival Ground Coffee Ink. Next, I stamped some script from the Obscure stamp set with the same ink. I then used a paper distresser to rough up the edges of the background
Next, I white embossed a sentiment from the Note Quotes set onto some dark brown cardstock. Whenever I do ANY embossing, I prep the surface using the Cottontail Embossing Powder Tool. I stamp the sentiment several times over using a Misti and Yeti white pigment ink, then sprinkle the Alabaster White embossing powder from Brutus Monroe.
I assembled the card onto some Kraft cardstock. I layered some Sinamay behind the leaves and tied them together with some rope.
Lastly, I added a touch of Distress Rock Candy Glitter for a little shimmer and texture.
