One of the things that made 2020 more bearable for me was the support and friendship you all showed throughout the year. As many of you know, most of my income comes from teaching in-person classes and hosting in-person events. When that all changed in March, I had to hustle to come up with a new plan, which meant teaching completely virtually/online. This worked out well and I wouldn’t have been successful if it wasn’t for all of you. I want to thank you all.
Thank you for cheering me on, for commenting on my blog and social media. Thank you for signing up and joining in on all the things I offered this year. Thank you for your support, advice, and encouragement. Thank you as well to all of you who have purchased card kits from me, shopped my online store, and helped me destash a lot of fabulous crafty items.
Normally at this time of year, I am mentioning how fun it was to meet a lot of you at my in-person classes, and I did get to host a few of those this year, but I also got to “meet” so many more of you from all over the world at my online classes and events. So awesome! During a year when we were missing the “normal” things like being with friends and family, I’m glad I was able to offer these days where we could “get together” online and be creative, laugh, have fun, and, oh yeah, learn something!
In 2020, I had a LOT more time in my studio space. I shared more content on my website than ever and even started posting YouTube videos again. I plan on sharing a wrap-up of my favorite creative projects from the year on my blog in early January. Stay tuned.
I know a lot of people are having a hard time around these holidays, just know I am thinking of you and wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Warmest Wishes
p.s. A “family” photo with 3 cats is a bit tricky to do, so we are sticking with the holiday selfies. Top to bottom; Mister Harley, Gus, Jac.
