I snapped this selfie on my travels back from Ohio a couple of weeks ago. I was quite excited because I was upgraded to first class but also because this was the last trip I had to take for quite a while. Here are some fun stats of this crazy new life I lead 😊
Since mid-January:
✈️ 22 work related flights
🚙 1260 miles driven in the Jetta back and forth to Logan airport 🚗 580 miles driven visiting the local to me CT stores to teach Lawn Fawn classes ( Papercraft Clubhouse and Inspiration Station)
👩🏫 I also taught more Lawn Fawn fun at 5 other stores
🎉 I taught at 3 fabulous events
💪 I helped Lawn Fawn and taught at 2 trade shows
🙌 Lastly, I rounded out my teaching season hosting some educational classes for the staff at Simon Says Stamp
☀️ 🌊 🧜♀️ Now I’m going to enjoy being home, suitcases are back in the basement for a bit. Have some projects I want to get done around the house, class kits I want to get posted for sale, holiday/fall Lawn Fawn cards to design for the summer trade show AND beach time…. lots and lots of beach time and simply enjoying Cape Cod 🦞😬
You can find my fall schedule over on my classes page here
If you read THIS far, thanks! 😉 share with me some of your summer plans in the comments
Unwinding is so important! I am an elementary art teacher and see over 600 kids a week. Although I love it , there is so much energy, drama, noise, and pressure from kids and adults. Good to clear head, heart, and soul! Looking forward to your art retreat in November! I got to my first one in April but only for one day but in November I can go for the whole weekend! I even have a beautiful new craft bag! Enjoy your summer!
Hi Jenn, You can’t help but enjoy Summer on the Cape. I spent many. I am now in Florida trying to beat the intense heat that will last for many more months. Hoping this is not an active Summer for hurricanes. I look forward to gardening, stamping. spending time with friends. Enjoy your downtime!
Stamp, stamp and stamp some more….. LOL
I hope you have an amazing summer! It is certainly well deserved! See you in September at Papercraft Clubhouse!
