Sitting at the beach the other day, it was so nice to hear the ice cream truck pull up, with its fun jingle. I adore this image from Stacey Yacula and Purple Onion Designs, and it is a TON of fun to color!
For the background, I started off with Lawn Fawn stencils, hillsides and cloudy. I inked the hills with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn Distress Ink. The sky I used Speckled Egg Distress Ink.
The sunshine is from Lawn Fawn Spring Showers dies. For the ice cream truck, I used Copic markers to color. I stamped it twice so I could color the banner and flag, fussy cut it out and pop it off the card to show dimension.
A little sprinkle of some Lawn Fawn Chunky Glitter for a little sparkle- a fun card to give a friend to cheer them up!

Beyond adorable and screams “Summer’s here!” Our ice cream truck just started on Sunday and the kids are dying to get something. We should be enjoying it on the Cape next weekend but had to cancel with the slow opening. Hope to get out there by the end of summer.
