Thanks So Much, Lawn Fawn

Thanks So Much, Lawn Fawn

I am obsessed with the Lawn Fawn Stitched Leaves and Small Stitched Leaves. I have used them several times over the years, and it doesn’t get old, I love creating with them. Check out a few other projects with them:

I started by die-cutting leaves from Distress Watercolor Cardstock. The panel I cut from was used to create the background, which I then sprayed with some Vintage Photo Distress Spray Stains. I dried the panel and topped it off with some Vintage Photo Distress Spritz Spray, giving it a pretty shimmer.

I then watercolored each of the stitched leaves with Distress Watercolor Pencils, inspired by the gorgeous fall foliage we had this year. Once the leaves were dry, I splattered them with Distress Watercolor Pencils and Spellbinders Splatter White.

Once the leaves were dry, I added some Translucent Distress Crackle Paste to parts of them. I let this dry and crack. I then added the leaves to the card using black foam squares to fill in the background. For the sentiment, I used Lawn Fawn’s Giant Thanks So Much and added a touch of Distress Watercolor Pencils for a shadow.
