Spooky Sweets, Simon Says Stamp

Hey everyone! Today, I am sharing a fun card set I created with some of the new exclusive products from the Simon Says Stamps Cheering for You Release! It is part of an inspiring Instagram hop, with lots of prizes to be had, so be sure to head on over to my instagram for those details.

Spooky Sweets, Simon Says Stamp

For these cards, I started by creating the backgrounds. I did a little ink smooshing with Hickory Smoke Distress ink. I did a layer, heat set it with the Ranger heat tool, and did another layer. I then went to town stamping out all of the wicked fun cupcakes in the Spooky Sweets stamp set with Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink. I colored them all with Copic markers. I am sharing the swatches of the colors I used for each cupcake below so you can easily recreate them with the coloring medium you choose. For the sentiments, I used Here for the Boos, and Too Cute To Spook, along with Sparkle Cardstock. I, of course, glittered all of the things with a Quickie Glue Pen and Prisma Glitter. I also added a touch of Glossy Accents to some of the candies on the cupcakes. When possible, I added some Black Glaze pen to the larger black parts of the images for a little shine.
