Ok, now onto some inspiration to jennable you!
Underwater Spotlight
I used the new Deep Sea Background Cling stamp for this card. Since this stamp has a lot of detail, and images I decided to only watercolor a section of it, and spotlight that! Combined with Hero Arts, Stamp And Cuts Hello Coordinating Set for the sentiment. I stamped with Versafine Onyx Black and embossed with clear embossing powder. I then watercolored with regular Distress Inks. The sentiment is stacked, 4 layers with a glue tube and black cardstock. Lastly, I added a little gold stickles to the treasure that is waiting to be found.
You, Me & the Sea
For this card, I used School of Fish Bold Prints stamp. I ink blended with Distress Oxide inks. Then since this stamp is a red rubber stamp I did a fun technique. Laying the stamp rubber up, I spritzed it with a mixture of water and Lawn Fawn Liquid Stardust. I then placed my inked background face down onto the stamp. I rubbed all over the back of the ink blended background so that the stamp would press onto the card. Since Distress Inks react with water it made the fish impression, and since I had Liquid Stardust in the water, the fish now shimmer and sparkle!
I stamped the images from the Sea Horse Color Layering set with Distress Oxide inks listed below, and then added some sequins and baubles.

Underwater Peek-a-Boo
For this card, I used the new Underwater Pattern Bold Prints and Deep Sea Messages paired with previously released Peek-a-Boo die.
I stamped the Underwater Pattern with Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide on Distress Watercolor Cardstock, then using a wet paintbrush I painted in some of the images with other Distress Oxides. Since all of these react with water, the Blueprint Sketch mixed with the colors I was painting with. I knew this would happen, and planned for it when choosing colors. I love how this looks more underwater.
I then diecut the background with the Circular Peek-a-Boo die, and stamped all the fun images from Deep Sea Messages in the little openings. Love how fun this card is, little surprises behind each door!
For the sentiment I used “Sea You Soon” from Seas the Day Seagulls, and stamped it on a banner, layering it over a few of the doors. It’s ok if they all can’t open. Lastly, I added a few sequins here and there.

Beautiful cards! The spotlight coloring technique is perfect for the detailed background stamp.
