Hey, everyone! Welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge! Thank you to everyone who joined us for our challenge last week and we hope you will all join us again this week too.
There is also still time for your kids to enter the special challenge for children between the ages of 2 and 16! CLICK HERE or on the logo to go directly to the challenge page.
This week the challenge is Back to School!
We are featuring Avery Elle Products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in with the challenge, but if you have them we would love to see them used! As always Simon Says Stamp will be giving away a $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store! YAY!
Good Luck, Avery Elle
I wanted to create a two non-traditional “Back to School” cards for my nephews 🙂 I think they are pretty much the cutest, smartest boys out there and I hope they have a FABULOUS year and learn lots!
For this first one, I was originally going to make the bus a more school bus color, but then my imagination struck and I thought, wouldn’t it be more fun to go to school in this teal bus!?! 🙂 I put a heavy coat of glossy accents on the bus as well! The “GOOD LUCK” letters are Lawn Fawn Finley’s ABC’s.
How fun if schools had a musical march into the first day of school?! Kids would love it! This card has some fussy cutting so I could overlap some of the critters so their march would fit on my card 🙂
Now I’ll find a few treats for Landon and Elijah and get them in the mail to them in time for their first day! I figure if I type it out to the world then it has to happen right?!
Ok- so now it’s time for YOU to enter the challenge. Remember, Back to School! Just by playing along and linking up your project to the SSS Wednesday Challenge post you can qualify to enter a $50 shopping voucher to the Simon Says Stamp store.
I really hope to see some of my blog readers join in on all the fun and play along with the challenge. I can’t wait to stop by some of your blogs and take a peek at what you have made. Have a wicked fun time creating!

Way cute! I agree – a teal school bus would be so much cooler!
Super cute cards Jenn 🙂 both of them are gorgeous and I agree, the kids would love a marching band to march them into the school!! Maybe you should suggest it to the school governors 😉
