I think I might have a thing for rain boots 🙂 I made this card last spring, and now played with this adorable set from Penny Black. I also used my number 1 favorite set from Simon Says Stamp, Hand Lettered Encouragement. I also used the new Lawn Fawn Ink, Peachy Keen and SSS Bundle of Stitched Shapes.
I just played with Copics, fussy cutting and then adding a thick layer of glossy accents on top of the rain boots.
