I am so excited to share with you the new release from Colorado Craft Company! I love the fun stamps they have been coming out with, and the Anita Jeram collection certainly does not disappoint!
A Happy Hello
If you know me, you know I can’t resist a snowman stamp, and then you give me this snow bunny- omgosh SO cute! This new Flurries of Fun set is the cutest!
I started by stamping the images on 80# Neenah with River Rock Lawn Fawn ink, which is a nice gray that works with Copic markers. I colored in the images with Copics and die-cut them out.
I then die-cut a stitched rectangle. I ink blended the background with blender brushes and Distress Ink in Peacock Feathers towards the bottom and Salvaged Patina near the top to create a nice gradient.
I used the snowflake stamp from the set and stamped it all over the background with Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide.
Of course, there is a little sparkle where I used a quickie glue pen and Prisma glitter.
I then stamped and die-cut out “I’m ready for the tail” – I just think that is too cute with the 2 images. And for the main sentiment on the card, I used Lawn Fawn’s Simple Wavy Banner die and Wavy sayings.
I then matted the whole card on some pink cardstock. Love how this sweet little card turned out, and it’s perfect to send a friend some happy mail in the winter.
These stamps were so fun to play with! The illustrations are just darling. Here are a few other sets I didn’t get a chance to play with yet. I have lived in South Florida for 40 years. I have rarely had the opportunity to see snow and never enough of it to build a proper snowman. I can feel the fun and silliness of these friends playing. Living vicariously through bunnies lol.
