I am so excited to share with you the new release from Colorado Craft Company! I love the fun stamps they have been coming out with, and the Anita Jeram collection certainly does not disappoint!
Here Comes Santa Claus
If you know me, you know I tend to use non-traditional colors for my holiday cards. Pinks and lime greens and teals are often the colors I gravitate towards. Don’t faint in shock, but here is a very traditional colored card for Christmas!
I used the new Santa Bunny stamp set from Colorado Craft Company. I think it is so cute how all the little bunnies are tucked into bed, and I immediately got the idea to build a scene where they were in a den. Let me share with you the process for this.
I started by stamping the Santa bunny on a piece of Neenah cardstock, and then the baby bunnies, I stamped on the lower right corner of a 4.25″ x 5.5″ panel. I colored the images in with Copic markers
I then diecut the Santa bunny and set him aside. I used Lawn Fawn’s Stitched Dens to create this. I cut it out of Kraft cardstock, and then used Lawn Fawn’s Stitched Snowflake Backdrop to add some texture to the panel. I cut it out of the largest stitched rectangle in Lawn Fawn’s Outside In Stitched Rectangle and mounted it on some Chilipepper cardstock.
I stamped the sentiment with Versamark and white embossed it using the new Rabbit Hole Designs Cottaintail tool to prep the cardstock, and Brutus Monroe Alabaster White embossing powder. I then fussy cut it out.
I added the Santa bunny with some foam squares and the little “Shhh…” sentiment – SO sweet! Lastly, I added some Distress Rock Candy Glitter to the trim of Santa’s outfit using a Lawn Fawn glue tube to hold the chunkier glitter.
These stamps were so fun to play with! The illustrations are just darling. Here are the other sets being released today. Jennabler alert: You can click on any of the images to shop at Colorado Crafts! And a full supply list of my cards is at the end of my post with links to shop.

I love this little stamp set so much! The way the one little bunny is awake while all the others are sleeping….just love it. The way you popped them into the den setting is awesome. I love sending out Christmas cards. I think this year I will be sending out about 60 cards and then I have some very special ones that will be hand-delivered or attached to gifts. And then I make tags too.
This is my favorite stamp from this set. I think making a den that Santa bunny can peek into at the babies tucked in bed is brilliant!
Wonderful card – love the design and colors – so cute! I will probably send out about 60 cards ! Better get busy!
I love the peek a boo type of card this is. I am going to have to try this style with a window into the room, so to speak. Love it Jenn
