Sending A Smile Your Way, Pinkfresh Studio
For this card, I die-cut the Rising Wildflower and Lattice Glow dies from Distress Watercolor Cardstock, then brought everything to life with Distress Watercolor Pencils.
The background was created with a rich blend of Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire, and Black Soot, giving the design lots of depth and contrast. For the flowers, I used Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preserves, and Lumberjack Plaid, and added Cracked Pistachio and Pine Needles to the leaves and stems for a fresh pop of green.
I adhered the floral panel to the card base with foam squares to add dimension and keep the design feeling light and airy. The sentiment is from the Heartfelt Chapters set and felt like the perfect finishing touch.
A few Espresso Jewels and some Distress Rock Candy Clear add just the right amount of sparkle and texture to complete the card. ✨
