Be sure to follow @autismawarenesscardauction over on Instagram – you can see all the fabulous cards that will be available for auction starting Friday, April 2nd. Heather Ruwe is the big heart that is organizing all of this. Winners of the auctions will be making their donations directly to the charity. You can see the card I am donating to the cause below. It is an honor to be part of such a fabulous fundraiser!
Here is some more information:
Many card making artists have donated cards for auction to raise money for the Autism Society of America.
Bidding on all of the cards will begin on Friday, April 2nd (World Autism Awareness Day) at 9am Eastern. Each card will have it’s own post and bidding will take place in the comments of the individual posts. Leave a comment to enter a bid and tag the person before you who was the current highest bidder. Bidding ends on Monday, April 5th at 9am Eastern.
The winner of the card is the person with the highest bid. They will be contacted with a direct link to make their donation to the Autism Society of America. After proof is provided of their donation, the artist will send them their card.
If you would like to contribute outside of this auction to support the autism community and directly to the Autism Society of America, please DM the instagram account and a link will be provided.
