Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous: Pre-order NEW Stamps!

Hi everyone! I am here today to share with you a sneak of the fun cards I created with the new Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous release.  I am honored to be a Tim Holtz maker and am so excited to inspire you more with his products!!! I will share more details about each of these cards throughout the next few weeks, but I wanted to be sure to let you know his new stamps and stencils are available now!

Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous: Pre-Order NEW Stamps!

Above is a sneak peek of my makes and I will be sharing blog posts about all of them VERY soon! Starting today with this fun card using the new Botanic Collage, Eccentric and Noteworthy stamp sets.

For this card I started by stamping a collage background using the new Eccentric stamp set, stamping in Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide using the Distress Sprayer to mist the images with water before stamping, and stamping on Distress Watercolor Cardstock.

Then I ink blended with regular Hickory Smoke Distress Ink, and added a few water splatters. I roughed up the edges of the background using the Tonic Paper Distresser.

I then took one of the images from the new Botanic Collage set, and inked it up with Picked Raspberry, Mustard Seed, Peacock Feathers and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Ink, misting it with water from the Distress Sprayer, and stamping it on Distress Watercolor Cardstock.

I then cut around the left side of image with scissors, and tore down the right. I adhered this to the background I created. I stamped the image again with Black Soot Archival Ink, on Distress White Heavystock, and fussy cut out just the flower. I adhered this over the colorful impression.

Lastly, I white embossed the sentiment from the new Noteworthy stamp set, onto Storm Cloud Lawn Fawn Cardstock. I white embossed using Yeti Lawn Fawn pigment ink, and Alabaster White Brutus Monroe White Embossing Powder.

Note: whenever I do ANY embossing, I prep the surface using the Cottontail Embossing Powder Tool

I also matted the card onto some Storm Cloud Cardstock.
