Hey everyone! Today I’m sharing some cards I created with Simon Says Stamp’s July Card Kit, Through The Window! This kit was packed with goodness: an awesome 6×8 stamp set, window dies, a stencil, patterned papers, a zippered mesh pouch, and so much more. It’s truly a perfect kit for all kinds of creators!

Through The Window, Simon Says Stamp Card Kit

I used the Uncharted Mariner Distress Watercolor Pencils directly on the cityscape stamp in the Through The Window 6×8 stamp set included in the kit. I stamped the window over the image, and then watercolored in the window frame and sky.

I then fussy cut the images out. The die set isn’t included in the kit, but you can purchase it separately.

I then used the Worn Lipstick Distress Watercolor Pencil and some acetate to pigment-smoosh the background. I stamped the sentiment and added some gems from Honey Bee Stamps.
