The Rabbit Hole Designs NEW Release

02/22/2021

Hi everyone! I have a wicked fun post for you today. New crafty goodies, fun inspiration, and possibly a new to you company to share. Oh yeah, AND a fun giveaway! Be sure to read my whole post for all the details!

If you are visiting my blog for the first time or have not yet subscribed – be sure to do so! I share lots of inspiring projects every week delivering them straight to your inbox! I also share information about online crafty classes/events and new product releases I love. Subscribe here.

The Rabbit Hole Designs is a small company from Southern California that started in 2018 by real life crafty friends Heather Ferguson and MaryAnn Samuelson. They wanted to bring to the crafting community products that are sassy, quirky, and fun without being offensive. All of their stamps, dies, stencils, & paper are made in the USA by one of the industry’s leading manufacture using only the highest quality materials.I was honored to be invited to share with you some cards with the new The Rabbit Hole Designs release. I made 2 cards to share with you today. Let’s get started!

For this card I started with the Spring Delivery stamp, I stamped it on Distress White Heavystock, and colored it in with Copic markers, then diecut it out.

The Rabbit Hole Designs, Spring Delivery

On another Distress White Heavystock panel, I did a little cloud stenciling near the top with Distress Blueprint Sketch and a touch of Wilted Violet. I then cut a piece of patterned paper from the new Spring Floral #2 Paper Pack. It was hard to choose which sheet to use because all of the colors are SO pretty!

The Rabbit Hole Designs, Spring Floral #2 6x6 paper pad

I stamped the sentiment from Adventure Awaits onto a sentiment banner.

The Rabbit Hole Designs, Adventure Awaits

I assembled the card and did a little bit of white gel pen details on the flowers in the basket, and the rosy cheeks of the bunny.

For this next card, I started by stamping the Bunny Bouquet with Antique Linen Distress ink onto Distress Watercolor cardstock. The Rabbit Hole Designs, Bunny Bouquet

I then proceeded to watercolor the image with Distress Ink, to have a no-line color look. I used Kitsch Flamingo, Twisted Citron, and Mowed Lawn to color the flowers and leaves. I used Pumice Stone to color the bunny. I colored the heart with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide.

I then die-cut the panel using Lawn Fawn’s Outside In Stitched scalloped square stackables. For the background of the card, I ink blended a light layer of Tumbled Glass Distress Ink, then darker layers of clouds using a stencil.

I stamped the sentiment from Spring Delivery. I added a touch of Prisma glitter with a Quickie glue pen to the center of the flowers.

These stamps were so fun to play with! The illustrations are just darling. Here are a few other sets I didn’t get a chance to play with yet. Jennabler alert: You can click on any of the images to shop! And a full supply list of my cards is at the end of my post.
