Something New, featuring WPlus9

Hey everyone! Welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Party challenge last week and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

This week the challenge is Something New. Remember you can enter up to 5 times! 🙂 We are showcasing Wplus9 Products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.

My “something new” is this really cute set, Winter Pals, from Wplus9. I loved the little critters and sentiments that came with it (even thought I didn’t use them on this card).

I had fun watercoloring this card. I used Distress Inks and tried to use different colors then I usually do. I fussy cut out all of the images and layered them on the watercolor background. For the sentiment I used SSS Painted Hugs Die. I cut it out of Distress Watercolor Cardstock and colored it with Distress Ink. Once on the card I covered it with clear Wink of Stella Glitter pen, and then heavily coated it in Glossy Accents.
