Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Sparkle & Shine

07/22/2015

Time for a NEW Simon Says Stamp Wednesday ChallengeI am back with a Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge card! Thank you for joining us for the Get In Shape challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too. This week the challenge is Sparkle and Shine! So, get out your sequins, glitter and bling and remember you can enter up to 5 times! 🙂

We are showcasing Pretty Pink Posh Products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used. As always Simon Says Stamp will be giving away $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store.

I was so drawn to the new  Chance of Rain set from Mama Elephant, all I keep thinking is paddington bear- although I didn’t color him exactly that way, these images were so fun to watercolor! Pretty Pink Posh has the best sequins and the Sparkling Clear ones made perfect raindrops!

The background was watercolored with a mix of Chipped Sapphire and Hickory Smoke Distress Ink, a perfect combo! So happy to have another gray in the Distress family! I used glossy accents to adhere the sequins as well as to make things look wet 😉 The top of the umbrella, the rain coat, ground and some water droplets. I really love how this card came out.

Ok- so now it’s time for YOU to enter the challenge. Remember, Sparkle & Shine! is the theme so have fun and create whatever inspires YOU! Just by playing along and linking up your project to the SSS Wednesday Challenge post you can qualify to enter a $50 shopping voucher to the Simon Says Stamp store.

Also if you are on instagram tag your photo with #ssswchallenge 🙂

There will be ONE lucky winner that will be chosen at random, it could be you!

Simon Says Stamp PrizeI really hope to see some of my blog readers join in on all the fun and play along with the challenge. I can’t wait to stop by some of your blogs and take a peek at what you have made. Have a wicked fun time creating!
