Hey crafty friends! 👋 I’m popping in to share a card I made using some of my favorite Tim Holtz stamps and stencils from Stampers Anonymous.
Fun fact: Stampers Anonymous doesn’t retire their Tim Holtz designs—so there’s a huge library of awesome stamps and stencils you might not have seen in a while (or totally forgot you had 😉).
Hope this project sparks some inspiration to dig into your stash and get creative! ✨

Naughty List, Tim Holtz

This card still makes me giggle every time I look at it. 😆 It’s a little cheeky, a little cozy, and definitely one of those “use what you have + play” kind of projects. I used one of the new stamp and stencil combos from Tim Holtz & Stampers Anonymous- these are perfect for quick cards!
I started by creating the background using Distress White Heavystock. I blended Kitsch Flamingo, Worn Lipstick, and Festive Berries Distress Ink to create a soft pink-to-red gradient, letting the colors fade into one another for a warm, wintry glow. Using an ink blending tool and domed foam allows for an intense color, and quicker application. I then layered the Nordic-style stencil over the panel and applied Distress Texture Paste Opaque through the stencil to give it that cozy, sweater-inspired pattern.
The star of the card is that mischievous little cat wrapped up in a scarf. I stamped the image onto White Cardstock and colored it using Copic Markers. I then fussy cut the image out.
For the sentiment, I stamped it onto white cardstock, trimmed it into sentiment strips, and adhered it right over the image. I used a paper Distresser on the edges of the background panel for some added texture.
To finish the card, I added Distress Snowflakes along the bottom edge using Distress Collage Medium to create a snowy ground. That extra sparkle and texture is one of my favorite details, it instantly adds dimension and makes the card feel extra special. I also added some Distress Rock Candy Clear to the highlights on the scarf.
This is such a great example of mixing techniques: ink blending, stenciling, coloring, and a bit of sparkle, all coming together on one card. It’s a reminder that holiday cards don’t always have to be traditional; they can be playful, cozy, and full of personality, too.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. I hope this card inspires you to pull out your inks, stencils, and markers and have a little fun… before Santa checks that list. 🎄✨
