Hello everyone! Sharing a fun Lawn Fawn card today!

Magical Day, Lawn Fawn

For this card, I wanted to play with some more of the Summer release. Behind the scenes, I am already working with the Fall/Holiday release so this was a fun change.

I started with a piece of Distress Watercolor Cardstock, and ink smooshed some regular Distress Inks. Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade, Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron, and Peacock Feathers. I then spritzed this whole panel with Liquid Stardust mixed with water in a bottle. I set this aside to dry.

Next, I stamped and Copic colored images from Unicorn Picnic. I can’t get over how cute this set is. Those little fairies, with the little shaker- CUTENESS! Using a Quickie Glue pen and Prisma glitter I added some sparkle here and there.

I stamped “magical” in Merman ink, and white embossed on black “have a” and “day”

What I also did is something I call “word fetti”, where I stamped out some of the sentiment and roughly cut it with my scissors, popping it up off the card.

Lastly, I stamped a few little sparkles and tiny hearts here and there on the background.
