Have a Heart, Reverse Confetti

Hey everyone! Welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Anything Goes challenge last week and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

This week the challenge is Have a Heart! Remember you can enter up to 5 times! 🙂 We are showcasing Reverse Confetti Products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.

I picked up this really cute Puppy Love set from Reverse Confetti. It was so fun to pull together a sweet Valentine with it 🙂

I watercolored the images with Distress Markers instead of the inks… you know, switching it up a bit. It was interesting, the color doesn’t flow as easily but i also enjoyed building up the layers more.

For the heart I used one of the Lawn Fawn Stitched Hearts and did a watercolor, smoosh background with Distress Ink in Candied Apple. WOW! That red is SO bright! Love it! Then I flicked a little bit of Heidi Swap Gold Spray.

For the sentiment I heat embossed with with white powder on Kraft Cardstock.
