Hey everyone! Welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge! Thank you to everyone who joined us for our challenge last week and we hope you will all join us again this week too. This week the challenge is Anything Goes!

Handwritten Shimmer Celebration Card, Lindy’s Stamp Gang

It’s always fun to make a few cards in celebration of the New Year. This card could be used for any sort of congratulations as well! A mixture of Sophisticated Script Concord & 9th stamps, Lindy’s Mermaid Magical Set of powders gives the appearance that I hand drew the sentiment.

1. Stamp out the letters from Sophisticated Script in Antique Linen Distress Ink
2. Mix a bit of the Lindy’s Stamp Gang Pigments on your craft sheet with water. A little goes a LONG way!
3. Using a watercolor brush trace over the stamped word

You can make a bunch of these fairly quickly and send them to friends all through the year. They also pair very nicely with Simon Says Stamps Metallic White Envelopes. I tried to capture the shimmer in the card and envelopes, but really in person they are WOW!
