I have two fun cards I created with the new stamp set to hopefully inspire you!
For the card on the left, I created it using Distress Watercolor cardstock, and for the one on the right, I used Distress Kraft Heavystock both of these surfaces can take a wet medium. I stamped the mouse with Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink and watercolored them with Distress Watercolor Pencils. If you haven’t seen them yet, I have shared two posts all about Distress Watercolor pencils:

To add a bit more texture to the mouse on the Distress Kraft Heavystock, after I watercolored the mouse, I went back over it with the Distress Watercolor pencils, and added some more scribbles in the shadow area, and left it as is, I didn’t blend it out with water.
I then created the backgrounds by doing a little ink smooshing. I used Wilted Violet Distress ink on the white card, on Distress Watercolor cardstock, and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide on the kraft card, on Distress Kraft Heavystock.
I then stamped the stars over the ink-smooshed background and colored them in with Mustard Seed Distress Watercolor pencils. These pencils color over an inked background beautifully!
I stamped the sentiment at the bottom with Versafine Onyx Black.
I added these panels with foam tape to the slimline scalloped rectangles that I cut with Lawn Fawn’s Scalloped Slimline With Hearts: Portrait die. Lastly, I used Glossy Accents, and added some to the “ground” under the mouse’s feet, a little on his bottom foot, and some in the net. I then sprinkled some Lawn Fawn Chunky glitter over that.
There is just SO much you can do with this fun set, but remember it is limited and exclusive! Once it is sold out it is GONE!

Wow! I love the different spin than a nighttime background on this card. This is such a great encouraging stamp set. The unicorn dust in the net it great as well. And I’m excited to use this for masculine cards. It’s a really universal style and card. Thanks!!
