Anything Goes, Featuring Lawn Fawn for SSS Wednesday Challenge

Hey everyone! Welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Wrap It Up challenge last week and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

If you follow me here you already know I am a HUGE Lawn Fawn fan! I even share monthly features on their blog! So, when you tell me I can design ANYTHING with one of my favorite companies it is always hard to narrow down just what to use and what to create! This card was inspired by a blended background we did at Simon Says Create this past weekend in Kelly Marie Alvarez’s class (see below). I just loved the color combo of Peacock Feathers, Seedless Preserves and Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink so I had to play with it again. I also wanted to play with the Snowy Backdrop Lawn Cut as I haven’t had a chance too yet. I loved watercoloring with a clear Wink of Stella pen on this Memory Box card, that I just had to do it again!

I love all the layers and dimension on this card. The moon is from Spooktacular. The wagon of pumpkins is from Happy Harvest. The ghosts and sentiment are from Booyah! All really fun sets!

I tried to capture the shimmer, so you can see just how sparkly it is when you watercolor with the clear Wink of Stella Pen.

And the card I created in Kelly Marie’s class at Simon Says Create (I’ll be blogging about my time there later this week!)
