Hey everyone! Welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge! Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Anything Goes challenge last week and we hope you will all join us again this week too. This week the challenge is Fabulous Florals!
We are featuring Hero Arts Products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in with the challenge, but if you have them we would love to see them used! As always Simon Says Stamp will be giving away $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store! YAY!\
Before I tell you about my card this week- did you see we are hosting a Kid’s Challenge?! Be sure to check it out!
I wanted to continue to make some cards to share handmade kindness like I was sharing here so I decided to use Hero Arts Acts of Kindness Clear Stamp Set. The Flowers are also a Hero Arts Set called Delicate Blossoms. I figured you could recreate a similiar design with any flower stamps you have in your stash!
A bit of kindness | Hero Arts
I made 4 of these cards and plan to send them out to brighten peoples day! I have been getting a lot of happy mail lately congratulating me in my new job and moving- so I want to return the favor 🙂
I stamped the images with Versamark and embossed it with clear embossing powder. I then watercolored with Distress Inks.
- Crushed Olive
- Mustard Seed
- Spiced Marmalade
- Ripe Persimmon
- Stormy Sky
The sentiment is stamped with Simon Says Stamp Dye Ink, Steel Blue. It was a perfect match to go with the Stormy Sky Distress Ink!
Ok- so now it’s time for YOU to enter the challenge. Remember, Anything Goes is the theme so have fun! Just by playing along and linking up your project to the SSS Wednesday Challenge post you can qualify to enter a $50 shopping voucher to the Simon Says Stamp store.
Also if you are on instagram tag your photo with #ssswchallenge 🙂 There will be ONE lucky winner that will be chosen at random, it could be you!
I really hope to see some of my blog readers join in on all the fun and play along with the challenge. I can’t wait to stop by some of your blogs and take a peek at what you have made. Have a wicked fun time creating!

Perfect coloring, just love it!
I love the watercolored background & that the sentiment is blue–wonderful card, Jenn!
Those complementary colors really make the blooms POP right off the page. This is a real stunner, for sure!
I love poppies – and your choice of color makes these simply GROW on the page! So lovely, someone will be blessed to get your pretty card.
Love the colouring of your flowers, just beautiful! I’m sure it will brighten anyone’s day!
Very pretty, Jenn! I do love that Kindness set – it’s from back when Jennifer McGuire did that month long Kindness drive, isn’t it? Florals? Sure, I’ll enter!
