Hey crafty friends! 👋 I’m popping in to share a card I made using some of my favorite Tim Holtz stamps and stencils from Stampers Anonymous.
Fun fact: Stampers Anonymous doesn’t retire their Tim Holtz designs—so there’s a huge library of awesome stamps and stencils you might not have seen in a while (or totally forgot you had 😉).
Hope this project sparks some inspiration to dig into your stash and get creative! ✨

Trick or Treaters, Tim Holtz

This one-layer card may look simple, but it’s packed with inky depth and detail! I started by creating a dreamy background using Distress Watercolor Pencils, layering and blending the colors until I had a soft, spooky glow.
Next, I added a moon using a blending tool and Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide Ink, the perfect warm contrast to the cool background tones. For a bit of texture and movement, I stamped one of the borders from the Stampers Anonymous Classics #6 set, then brought it to life with more watercolor pencil shading.
The stars of the scene are the Trick or Treaters and the “happy halloween” sentiment from the Mini Halloween stamp set. Finally, I added a hint of sparkle by brushing Distress Collage Medium along the border and sprinkling on some Distress Rock Candy Glitter, because a little sparkle makes everything better! ✨
