Hey crafty friends! 👋 I’m popping in to share a card I made using some of my favorite Tim Holtz stamps and stencils from Stampers Anonymous.
Fun fact: Stampers Anonymous doesn’t retire their Tim Holtz designs, so there’s a huge library of awesome stamps and stencils you might not have seen in a while (or totally forgot you had 😉).
Hope this project sparks some inspiration to dig into your stash and get creative! ✨

You Are Enough, Tim Holtz

For this card, I started with the background by stamping the large flourish from the Fabulous Flourishes stamp set using Distress Watercolor Pencils applied directly onto the stamp. I stamped it twice to fill the background with beautiful texture and movement.
The focal point, the umbrella man, comes from the Mini Muse stamp set, also stamped with Distress Watercolor Pencils. I then deepened the color by pulling pigment from the tip of the pencil with a wet paintbrush and painting in additional layers directly over the stamped image.
The tag was actually created during my Distress Techniques: Sprays & Mediums online class, I simply added the filmstrip image to it for this card.
For the sentiment, I white embossed a phrase from the Noteworthy stamp set onto black cardstock. Once all the elements were ready, I cut them out and layered everything together.
As a final finishing touch, I added Distress Rock Candy Clear to the umbrella to give it a gorgeous, dimensional shimmer.
This card is a wonderful reminder that art-making, whether messy, layered, or imperfect, is always worthwhile, just like the message it carries. If you’re loving the techniques used here and want to dive even deeper, be sure to check out my Distress Techniques online classes, they’re packed with guided, step-by-step lessons so you can get the most out of your favorite Distress products! Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up, there’s something for every creative. 💜
I hope this project inspires you to create something that speaks straight from the heart, because you are enough, and so is your art.
