Hi, everyone! I am here today to share a card I created for the latest Lawn Fawnatics Challenge. This challenge is all about summertime fun! It’s no secret that I LOVE summer and everything about it!

Alright, now to the fun card I have to share with you-
Summertime Hello, Lawn Fawnatics
One of the fun things about summer is the cool sweet treats you can have! I LOVE ice cream, but popsicles are fun too! I used the I Scream, You Scream die set to create 3 popsicles. I die-cut the main part from Mixed Media Distress Heavystock and the sticks from Paper Bag Lawn Fawn cardstock
I colored the tops of the popsicles using Distress Spray Stains, mixing the colors a bit. I used Picked Raspberry, Mustard Seed, Peacock Feathers, and Wilted Violet.
I arranged the popsicles with foam squares, onto a background that I created with white woodgrain cardstock and the Simple Stripes: Portrait Backdrop.
For the sentiment, I die-cut “hello” and a heart from Yay! Kites, and the exclamation point from Big Scripty Words with Versafine Onyx Black. You can see in my blog post here how I share how to die cut these scripty sentiments and get a perfect placement each time!
I die-cut some stars in various sizes from the Hearts and Stars Tiny Tag die, from the scraps of cardstock I cut the tops of the popsicles from, I sprinkled them around the background. I also added some flat iridescent sequins from Trinity Stamps Fortune Teller Mix.
Lastly, I used some glossy accents and added a generous amount to the edges of parts of the popsicles and I added some Distress Clear Rock Candy for some sparkle that is perfect for popsicles!
