I am so very excited to share with you that I have my first online class at Big Picture Classes! I have been working with the BPC team on this since May! I hear all the time from you how you wished you lived near me so you could attend my classes and Loft Art Retreats- well now here is a chance for you to take a class with me!
Be Merry with Lawn Fawn
This is the perfect time of year to share handmade cards with friends and family. In Be Merry with Lawn Fawn, you will learn several different stamping and die cutting techniques that will help you make cards for the holidays and all year around. I am also sharing clever tricks for making cards that have dimension and style but are simple enough to recreate time and again. Grab all your class supplies now so you can be ready for class! Save 10% on all Lawn Fawn products in the shop! Use promo code: LAWNFAWN at checkout!
Big Picture Classes
Class starts November 16th, but you will have access to the class forever! It is a self-paced class so that you can watch the lessons and create when you have time. Big Picture Classes is a monthly membership site, for $9.95 a month you have unlimited access to all of the classes on the site! There are so many different classes in cardmaking, scrapbooking, mixed media, photography and more that there really is something for everyone.
I look forward to seeing you over in the classroom!
Join in the class and share comments, ask questions. I will be there to answer them. You will be able to share the projects you create that are inspired by the class with the rest of the participants! I am wicked excited and cannot wait!
Hi Jen, this sounds great!
I’d like to buy the supplies but don’t see a list. Can you tell me what paper, stamps and dies you used?
Also what markers to get. Ty 🙂
I think I’ll join in!
Hi Monique! Those are great questions! The supplies are listed here: https://www.bigpictureclasses.com/classes/be-merry-with-lawn-fawn/supplies
There are a few things not listed, like specific dies I used but I would encourage you to watch the lessons and use what you may have on hand or determine what you might want to get once you see the lessons.
The copics I used are : W8, YR16, R24 (R27or R29 they are all so similar), E33, E57, E59, C3, C6, E53, RV21, B00, Blender
Colors that are close of course can be used OR you can use another coloring medium as well. I’m not going over specific copic techniques
Hey Jenn! I love the cards that you did for the picture to advertise for this class. I am just wondering if I take the class do I have to buy all the stamps to make the cards separately. Is it a kit? I would like to make all of theml but probably could not afford to buy all of the stamps. How is this done?
This is a great question Brenda! The subscription at Big Picture Classes is $9.95 a month and that allows you to participate in ALL of the classes offered there. So for that price there is no kit available- the class is meant to inspire you to create similar cards with the supplies you have on hand. Once you look through all of the class materials you could maybe pick 1 or 2 cards to “copy” and get the supplies for those. For instance I use the Lawn Fawn stamp set “Toboggan Together” on 2 of the cards. Or I also use “Oh Snap” on one card which costs around $5 so super affordable. Let me know if you have any other questions- always happy to answer them 😉 I hope to see you in the classroom!
Wow that’s great! Thanks Jenn! I’m going to see if a few people want to try to do this with me so we can get together one night a month to get it done and have some crafty time !
