Happy New Year Everyone! I recently shared my favorite Lawn Fawn creations of 2014. We have our first Lawnscaping Challenge of 2015! It is a winter themed challenge where you are to use the mood board for inspiration! I created this mood board and had a lot of fun doing so! Do you like using mood boards for inspiration? Was thinking of possibly making it a series on my blog- let me know your thoughts in the comments!
I was inspired by the moose and the snowy trees. I also wanted to add in some ice and a splash of red! I cut my card down to be 4.25 x 4.25 its a perfect shape and size for Lawn Fawn images and I can still put it in a regular envelope for regular postage! I used the birch trees and dies from Joy to the Woods, the moose and ice from Critters in the Arctic. I decided to create a “thank you” since I have a bunch of them I need to send out, the sentiment is from Thank You Tags.
Ellen Hutson will be sponsoring the first Lawnscaping Challenge of the month in 2015. Everyone who participates in the Lawnscaping Challenge, and follows the rules has a chance to win a $25 gift certificate to the store! Can’t wait to see your creations!!
beautiful card! 🙂
I really like working from images in general. Whether it is a mundane piece of packaging that suddenly makes me want to create a card, or a mood board. Your moose is super cute!
