You’ve Got Mail, Back from the Vault!
Big news, crafty friends, Lawn Fawn has pulled some fan-favorite sets out of retirement! Joining You’ve Got Mail back from the vault are Wish You Were Here and Wish You Were Here Too, and the good news keeps coming! All three sets have coordinating dies and coloring stencils available if you’d like to complete your collection. These vault releases are strictly while supplies last, so if something catches your eye, don’t wait. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
Before we dive in, a quick reminder about my upcoming class, Happy Hour! We’re focusing on the Build-a-Drink series and using only dies to create some seriously clever and fun techniques. If new supplies aren’t in the budget right now, no worries, I have affordable kits available so everyone can
You’ve Got Mail, Lawn Fawn

I had so much fun with this one. I used the You’ve Got Mail stamp set, one of the vault returnees, and started by stamping out the postcard, postage stamp, mailbox, and postal cancellation. I colored everything with Copic markers (check out the swatch image below for the exact colors I used!).
For the background, I used the Postage Rectangle dies and stencils to ink blend a soft, layered base behind the postcard. Then came my favorite part, I hand-painted diagonal postal stripes using Distress Watercolor Pencils, which gave the whole piece that playful, retro mail aesthetic.
To finish everything off, I added a little Prisma Glitter for that signature sparkle. Because what’s a card without a little shimmer?
I’d love to see your takes on this one! If you give this a try, tag me on social media so I can see your beautiful creations and give you some love. And if you have any questions about the techniques or products I used, drop them in the comments below, I’m happy to help!

Lawn Fawn has created a special “Retiring Soon” section on their website. Once those items are gone, they’re gone for good! As they celebrate their 16th anniversary, they’re making space for exciting new releases, so definitely check it out before your favorites disappear.
