This class also ventures onto the exploration of mixed media. Participants will discover how to infuse their
album with rich textures, captivating colors, and artistic embellishments, adding not only dimension but a
personal touch that ensures each creation is truly unique. Whether you’re an experienced crafter seeking
new skills or a curious beginner eager to unleash your artistic side, this workshop strikes the perfect
balance between developing practical bookbinding expertise and fostering your individual creative voice.

Supplies to bring:

  • Matte Medium
  • Teflon mat
  • Anywhere hole punch such as a Japanese hole punch or Making Memories anywhere
    hole punch with smallest hole attachment and small hammer.
  • Small Self-healing mat
  • Pencil & Ruler
  • scissors
  • palette knife
  • 3/4” and 1/4” flat paint brush
  • Water and vessel for cleaning brushes
  • memento or similar mixed media light brown stamp pad
  • spray bottle
  • baby wipes
  • paper towels
  • clear wet adhesive such as aleene’s tacky glue, zip dry etc
  • low temp heat gun
  • 12” paper cutter
  • white pen/black detail pens[optional]
  • Apron [optional]
  • mixed media stamps such as texture background and/or script for front of book [optional]
