As a part-time mermaid and full-time cardmaking enthusiast, I am SO thrilled to host the Creative Journey Art Retreat for the first time ever at Seareat Beach Resort! Spend two joy-filled days learning fresh techniques, picking up tips & tricks, and making memories (and cards!) in a bright, spacious room right on the ocean.

I’ve been hosting art retreats since 2014, so you’re in experienced hands. Come ready to create, connect, and be inspired!

Included in your retreat fee:

  • Dessert soiree Friday night to kick off the weekend
  • 14 hours of instruction and craft time
  • 12 handmade cards designed using some of the newest products from our sponsors
  • A sponsor goodie box valued at $200+, filled with the products we’ll be using on our projects
  • 15+ page printed retreat booklet with images of all the cards, detail shots, and a full supply list per card
  • Copic coloring guides for every image we’ll be coloring
    • Don’t have Copics? No worries — you can color with any medium you love, and the guides will still come in handy!
  • Coffee & grab-‘n-go breakfast provided Saturday and Sunday morning
  • Catered lunch Saturday and Sunday (menu will be posted soon), both meals courtesy of Seacrest Beach Resort

Note: You’ll need to bring some basic supplies, a supply list will be provided!

Supplies Needed

You will need a few basic supplies such as a few adhesives, ink pads, a coloring medium (I will be demonstrating with Copic markers which are alcohol-based markers), and basic supplies. A supply list will be provided to attendees closer to the event once the cards are designed. Many things can be substituted, and quite a few items are optional. Most of these items will be available for purchase at the event; just email Jenn if you would like her to set them aside for you. Jenn will also provide a video going over the supply list when it is available.

Policies

Cancelation Policy

  • Cancellations received by August 1st, 2026 will receive a 100% refund in the form of a shop credit.
  • Cancellations received from August 2 – September 18, 2026, will receive a 50% refund in the form of a shop credit
  • Sorry, no refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received on or after September 18th, 2026.
