Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy on unopened, unused products from www.shurkus.com . We will extend a refund once you return the product to us. (Sorry, we cannot offer a shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise.) The 30 days begins at the day of purchase. Please contact us if you would like to return merchandise.

Although we don’t anticipate this, if you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately and we will replace your item at no cost to you.

For online classes and events, there are no refunds. Since you have already gained access to the class resource page, and were provided the website and password there are no refunds.

Angel Policy

All Creative Chick Co. products are original artwork protected under United States and International copyright laws, which means they cannot be copied without prior permission from Creative Chick Co.

Creative Chick Co.’s Angel Policy grants limited permission (a license) to purchasers of Creative Chick Co. products to create hand-stamped artwork for sale. The terms and conditions of this policy are listed below:

  • Original Works Only: Creative Chick Co. products and images may only be used to create original, handmade works. They may not be stamped, die-cut, or otherwise reproduced for the purpose of resale or redistribution by a third party.
  • Handmade Production: Cards and other creations for resale that use Creative Chick Co. images must be individually hand-stamped and personally created by the seller. They may not be mechanically, electronically, or digitally reproduced (including photocopying, scanning, or tracing).
  • No Mechanical or Electronic Reproduction: Mechanical or electronic reproduction of Creative Chick Co. images is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to photocopies, scans, or the creation of die cuts for resale.
  • No Digital or Commercial Use: Creative Chick Co. images may not be digitally altered, used in logos, trademarks, digital files, or any promotional materials.
  • Liability: Individuals who sell hand-stamped artwork assume all liability for their work and agree to indemnify Creative Chick Co. and its artist(s) from any disputes arising from their creations.
  • Attribution: Whenever possible, please credit Creative Chick Co. when sharing or selling items created with our products.

Creative Chick Co. reserves the right to amend or update this Angel Policy at any time and to deny or terminate permission for use of its products at its discretion.
