You didn’t stumble on an old blog post, you haven’t entered the twilight zone, this is ME encouraging YOU to start creating your holiday cards NOW – so you will have a nice stack of creations ready for the next holiday season.
For the past few years, I have been creating a few holiday cards each month so that I am more prepared when November comes around. I enjoy making the cards so much more when I have time to play with different supplies and techniques. I share these cards on the third Thursday of each month. When I asked people in my {creative chick} studio share Facebook group, if you didn’t send holiday cards out, what were the reasons? One of the most common responses was they didn’t have enough time.
So I was thinking, how can I give you time? And I came up with a plan! I know that you enjoy when I host LIVEs and share with you a technique, or how I created a card- so each month for Get Cracking on Christmas I am going to host a LIVE near the day I share my Get Cracking on Christmas card, which is the third Thursday of each month. During these LIVEs, I encourage you to join me and start to Get Cracking on your OWN holiday cards. You can do something similar to mine, or just work on your own thing. Doesn’t matter, just show up and create!
